Suzana Santos is an accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience in finance, investment management, and nonprofit leadership. As former CFO/COO/President of a leading single-family office in Los Angeles, she brings extensive expertise in investment strategy, governance, compliance, and operations.

Suzana is adept at designing and implementing investment policies, asset allocation strategies, and board-level financial reporting. She has a proven ability to liaise with investment advisors, auditors, and legal counsel to safeguard assets and optimize long-term growth.

She brings a holistic approach to nonprofit financial management, combining technical CFO skills with deep experience in philanthropy, board governance, and organizational sustainability.

Suzana holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard University and currently serves on the Board of the Hollywood Food Coalition in Los Angeles, where she is Chair of the Development Committee and a member of the Finance Committee.
