Minnie Gibbs is a mission-driven operations and consulting leader with over 15 years of experience managing complex, grant-funded and institutional initiatives across international development, small business ecosystems, and financial inclusion. She has directed multimillion-dollar programs funded by USAID, the World Bank, and the International Finance Corporation, leading cross-functional teams across Asia, Africa, and beyond.

At Adelante Partners, Minnie leads operations and consulting, overseeing infrastructure design, process optimization, and performance tracking to support scalable service delivery for business development organizations and small business clients nationwide.

Minnie brings deep expertise in research design and analysis, having led market assessments across multiple countries and analyzed stakeholder insights to generate actionable recommendations for financial institutions and government agencies. She is known for her ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready strategies and communications.

Minnie holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
